Our Referral Fee Structure
We offer competitive referral compensation on every closed transaction:
- Sale Referrals: 25% of our earned commission at closing
- Lease Referrals: 20% of our earned commission at closing
In addition, we keep you informed throughout the entire process. From initial consultation all the way through closing, we provide regular updates so you always know the status of your referred client. Moreover, if you want to be more involved in the process we welcome that too.
